1. Material selection-with API standard and reliable performance.

2. The twice thickening molding technology of pipe joint makes the transition zone very stable and smooth which tremendously reduce the resistance of mud through the pipe.

3. With National initiative integral drill rod and intermediate-frequency heat treatment technology make this kind of product have the higher Mechanical Properties than the similar products.

4. Be treated by liquid nitrogen treatment process, the joint thread is deeper than the traditional  processing technology which  greatly prolong the service life of products.

2. HDD Friction Welding Drill PipeThread type and the length of drill pipe can be manufactured according to users’ requirement.

1. Material adopts OCTG

2. Process of End-upsetting can meet the API 5D standard

3. After the heat treatment of thickened pipe, the steel grade can reach G105 or S135.

4. The forging process and heat treatment of the pipe joint can be up to API SPEC7-1 standard.

5. Welding area adopts ausforming process. Performance of welding line can reach the API SPEC 7 standard.
